Quartz glass performance-chemical purity of quartz glass

The purity of British glass mainly depends on the raw materials. The purity of quartz glass produced with high-purity raw materials such as silicon tetrachloride can reach 6 nines (99.9999%); the purity of quartz glass produced with purified high-quality natural quartz can reach 4 nines. Used in the semiconductor industry; the purity of ordinary quartz glass produced with high-quality natural quartz is around three to nine.
